Education is the Foundation of the FFF
Education is one of the founding principle of the Federation of Fly Fishing and a key component of our motto, "Educating, Conserving & Restoring through Fly Fishing". The FFF has many programs and they all are related to education. Whether we are trying to help the young or the not so young, we want to pass on our love for the sport to someone else. Ways the Federation supports our mission include:
- Conservation program
- Certified Instructor Casting Program
- Fly Tying Group
- Lewis & Clark online exhibit & printed materials
- Equipment loaner program
- International Fly Fishing Fair
- Boy Scout Merit Badge
- Lewis A. Bell Library
- Collection of fly fishing artifacts at the FFF Headquarters
- Comprehensive website that provides many resources
We invite you to join our efforts and become a part of an organization that is making a difference. Click here to join or call us for more information at (406) 222-9369.
