Steps to Use the Evergreen Hand Deer Hair Tool 

These steps can also be seen in the instructional video.

Step 1: Trim some deer hair (using the material holder on the Base to hold the hide as you trim), stack it with your hair stacker, then grab the hair with your alligator clip. Slide an open loop of the rubber band around the hair.
Step 2: Cinch it up, trim the butts.
Step 3: Transfer the hair and tool to the alligator clip, position it to tie it in.
Step 4: Tie in your material and get ready to go fishin!
